Cleophus Jones learned plumbing at the age of 19 under his late father Roy Lee Jones Sr. in his hometown of Conway, AR. Under his father’s tutelage, Cleophus, his older brother and younger brother became highly skilled in the trade and worked together in the family plumbing business throughout the 1970’s and 1980’s. They were the most sought after and well known plumbers in town and responsible for most of the plumbing work installed in local churches, businesses, eating establishments and residences. During those years their skills developed and expanded into all types of building, construction and repair work.
